I found the car sales personnel very helpful and patient in helping us to decide which vehicle to purchase by arranging test drives and inspections of various vehicles. After finally purchasing a new vehicle I was contacted by the sales team to ensure I was happy with my vehicle and offered help if ever it was required. Very good customer and after sales service.

Wonderful experience with Nissan after a horrible one with another dishonest car dealer. Robbie Watts was perfect - polite, knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. I was going to buy a 2 year old Nissan Micra for my son and Robbie sourced me the exact model which was 6 months old with the latest features, less than 400 on mileage and.... more or less at the same price per month. Robbie really personalised the moment for my son too. Spoke directly to him, congratulated him on passing his test, took his time to show him all of the controls and even had the car wrapped up for my son to reveal. It was a lovely and memorable experience for my son and I would definitely recommend this showroom - and the Nissan Micra for a first car for new drivers.

I took my wife to see if we could purchase, lease, HP or PCP a Nissan Juke. Admittedly this was some time ago now. The shop was clean and well laid out; however I could not help but notice that we were constantly and blatantly stared at by two of the sales assistants as we browsed the vehicles. This staring made my wife feel uncomfortable as she had not been in the UK very long. Once we sat down with the gentleman he gave us a couple of options. I politely asked if we could take his options away to consider and if he could write them down for us, which he abruptly refused. His general manner with us was abrupt, passive aggressive and somewhat unhelpful. We decided to leave the store not long after In the end my wife leased a Nissan Juke through UK Car Line I like to give second chances so when her lease deal ends in 2021 I will go back to see if I am treated differently. If I am I will be happy for my wife to purchase, PCP, HP or lease a car here
