Service went downhill and they spent more time slating other stores and products rather than promoting theirs. Haven't been in quite some time and in no rush to return. Not a fan of the new business direction either. The fact that they damaged my RDA while trying to fix an issue that was actually a fault with my mod didn't help my opinion of them. Much better places around.

Well, what can I say ? The service was absolutely impeccable, not only was I treated as an individual but I was shown such incredible manners and respect that totally blew me away. I left a very happy person who was extremely pleased with with my purchase, looking forward to returning again soon.
The staff are friendly, and they know their stuff. Really good selection to pick from and tons to try in store. Tell them if you're a hobbyist or beginner and they'll find something right for you. They get 4 stars due to stock levels. The past 3-4 times they have been out of cotton, and they don't stock any wire aside from the really low quality, thin, kathanal. Don't expect any Clapton or flat wire here (maybe this will change in the future; hopefully)
Very friendly, knowledgeable staff who put us at ease when we walked in as complete newbies to CBD products. We bought some honey sticks which taste a bit odd in your tea/coffee (\herbal\ is the best way to describe it) but the product does what it says on the tin. Definitely going back for some vape juice at the end of the month!
