I Would recommend Guildford Carpet and Flooring without hesitation. They have been fantastic. We love the floors and it’s been a pleasure doing business with them. We were in the process of converting 2 barns in a small town outside Guildford and as we were new to the area we sought recommendations for the flooring. The upper floor was approximately 100m2 and formed the main living areas of living room, kitchen diner and bedroom so what ever we chose had to be attractive to look at, hard wearing and able to cope with the rigours of a big family and still suiting our budget. Our builder was local and he recommended Guildford Carpet and Flooring. so we gave them a call from first to last they were, and continue to be, terrific. They have a big product range for a relatively small outfit ( compared to the big retailers ) and Karen, our first point of contact was knowledgeable and helpful without any hard sell. We were able to negotiate a great deal and a quote from the plan drawings that was honoured despite a delay until we went firm with the order. Karen wanted to do an accurate on site measurement but at the time we had no floors! Everything was delivered on time and when it was time to fit the chaps that they sent out worked tirelessly to get the job completed. I loved the fact that the fitters took time to walk us through on completion to make sure we were happy with the job. After they left I noticed that the door strip between the kitchen and bathroom creaked a little. I contacted them, spoke to Karen, and without any hesitation she sent someone out to assess the matter and within days it was changed and fitted. The after sales service has been a breath of fresh air. Oh what joy to deal with people that care, with professionalism and consideration. I would not think twice to recommend your company to anyone thanks again.
