Good Shepherd

From day one, the Guru team have gone above and beyond to make life easier for us here in school. Support has been fantastic and set up was quick allowing us to be ready to go for the start of term. Each member of the team that we have worked with has been friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Customer care is fast and helpful. The 8x8 app is fantastic and has made flexible working even more achievable for staff. Thank you so much to Arran, Peter and the team.

More importantly they delivered on what was agreed and the change over could not have been more efficient and successful. Whilst the solution we choose was cost effective, it also offers some good flexibility. The porting of the phones was seamless and the communication has been excellent throughout

As a small charity we have very limited resources. Guru have made us significant cost savings and the customer care has been excellent. We had some minor issues which delayed our transition from our old provider. I provided feedback to Peter and Arran and they were really responsive and immediately made improvements to the transition process for new customers. We've also been really impressed with the level of communication throughout the process. Now we also receive notification if there is an 'out of contract' spend on someone's account and personalised service from Britt. We have never had this kind of attention as a small customer in the past. I'd highly recommend Guru.

We are a small business and went to tender with 3 Telecom providers to keep cost down for a new mobile phone contract to include new Devices which at the time included the current provided EE. I received a cold call from Joel at Guru who explained who they were and what they did. Joel took all the hassle out of finding a new provider and no pushy sales talk. He made sure i understood everything and gave me time to process what we had discussed. It was really lovely to speaking with Joel on the phone and via email without any added pressure to proceed. We agreed a contract with devices with Guru that was perfect for our business and budget. We transferred our mobile contract to them, and to date I can not fault the service that we have received. The signing of contracts and receiving the new devices was hassle free. I have spoken with Peter, Tom and Britt since changing to Guru and they have all been amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. From personal experience I would highly recommend them. When our contract is due for renewal i will definitely be using Guru . Keep up the good work and thank you.
