Great place. You receive a warm welcome from the staff member at the door and are politely guided to the relevant area. All staff are highly trained and professional but give a personal touch, maybe with a quick chat or sweet smile which is exactly what someone on their own needs... Real people!! All the staff members appear happy to be there and are happy to help you.

Amazing quality service from staff in this branch (Harlow, Essex Town Centre), all very friendly and always willing to go that extra mile for the customer. Wish to especially thank the young lady who dealt with my various queries (Budapest Hotel Transaction in particular) today, Oct 25th at around 10:40, she was highly professional, attentive and above all, customer focused, a credit to both Nationwide and this particular Branch.
