Been going here for years. Wide range of Therapies and highly experienced staff. Pleasant and friendly reception. Reasonable rates. Central location. There's a small step into the reception and there's rooms on the ground floor but the toilets are down stairs which makes it limited accessibility if you use a wheelchair.

I popped into the centre to pick up my girlfriend last week and just wanted to note what a peaceful, calming atmosphere I was met with. Although I haven’t experienced any of the therapies or classes which they offer, I can say that from my brief experience healthy life centre seems like a tranquil haven in amongst the busy rush of city life. I left feeling calmer and more focused from my short encounter here!
Wonderful therapists and teachers, knowledgeable and skilled. My go-to place when I need to take care of me. I no longer see this as an indulgence but part of my self care to keep me balanced and well. I have had several treatments including Shiatsu, Massage, Acupuncture and Reflexology and all were very good. I attended Andrea's Yoga workshop last Sunday and took away a lot of useful information and tools. Highly recommended.

This place is a sanctuary of calm in the bustle of the city. The management team and staff are always really welcoming and helpful - nothing is too much trouble. Having had shiatsu here and attended a number of classes and events, as well as hiring rooms on a regular basis to run laughter training and workshops, The Healthy Life Centre is quite simply a lovely place to visit, to work from and to be pampered. Love it!
I love coming along to have a relaxing and rejuvenating shiatsu with Colette McNeill. It's always the best hour of my week :)
