I am a regular user of Mole Valley Canterbury and have recently visited the heathfield store due to visiting family in the area. I am shocked at the differences. Staff were rude and pushy and extremely unhelpful, they did not have the products I needed and staff seemed to sit around doing nothing all day. In Canterbury staff are run off their feet! I am appalled at the service I received in this store and WILL NOT be returning. Management were no where to be seen either, I expect it is a store with lazy managers who like to sit and boss everyone else about all day. I think the higher ups should be ashamed of themselves.
Quite small, but good quality goods.
