This is a rather strange review to be writing as this time I didn't buy a car! However, do read on... We bought a small car from Heigham a few years ago, and we were delighted with it and impressed iwth the customer service then. That car was sold when we moved to Norwich from a more remote part of the county, and no longer needed two cars in the family. We returned to Heigham when the car we had kept needed replacing, and Claire couldn't have been more helpful and patient. No visits allowed during lockdown, so phone calls, questions, photos, videos and more. I reserved two vehicles to look at after lockdown lifts. When another vehicle, closer to what we were looking for, came up with another garage, I very reluctantly cancelled the reservation. Our deposits were refunded with no questions, and with cheerful messages and continuing great customer service. So even when we didn't buy a car - I'd recommend this great service local family business wholeheartedly.
