They handed my parcel to another customer, the item was recovered but had the outer package was opened and the packaging of the item was opened (did the person who collected it no realize the package wasn't theirs?). It was then taped up to hide what had happened by the post office staff like this was an acceptable way to hand over the item. This is the worst post office I have ever used - there is no security for your items at this site, they will hand them to anyone.

Collection point only open in the afternoon from 3pm till 4:45, come on royal mail how is this a useful collection service! No options for redelivery or alternative delivery. Other delivery companies allow me to track driver, reschedule at the last minute and collect late from the local shop. Invest or go bankrupt stop dragging it out
