I cannot fault the staff at the Helston branch! I haven’t visited the Optometrist for 3 years and knew I was well overdue. I was apprehensive due to A) Covid and b) knowing my sight may have deteriorated, but the team made me feel safe, relaxed and comfortable. The practise was clearly well sanitised, and I could see that all precautions were being taken to ensure it was fully Covid-Safe, and both staff and customers were safe. The pre-exam, sight test and glasses selection process were all well explained and easy to navigate. And I’m looking forward to receiving my brand new specs.

Great eye care and very polite and helpful staff,
Second set of reading glasses got broken so no spare set left. Rang up and was offered a cancellation in the afternoon. Eye test completed and the new glasses were delivered in less day's than predicted. Brilliant.
