Very poor now. New staff that are here are poor and rude. I did deal with a guy called Karl and he was great. Always happy to help. I would go to Watford but that's like leaving the pan for the fire. For a Mercedes-Benz retail site, they are both shocking.

My Mercedes was having a problem, I contacted them and they said were going to charge 120 pounds and tell you what’s wrong. I booked a appointment, they kept the car and said that it is a updating software problem. They said charge is 450 pound and it would definitely be fixed, however they didn’t fix the issue and charged 450 pounds. So I spend all that money but the car didn’t get fixed. The ladies name was Rosie who said it would be fixed, she scammed me and said you have to give more money to get it fixed. I spent so much money and my problem didn’t get fixed. Upsetting and so disappointed really don’t recommend.

Excellent sales service from Kenny and the managers of the branch. High caliber professionalism including friendly refund policy (I didn't use it), clarity on the purchase (with printout of full specifications etc.) and integration of sales methods adjusted to COVID including personalised videos of the car that interested me, which came to my phone just after my enquiry. Furthermore, deciding to buy an approved used car saves the trouble of paying for third party vehicle inspections and arguing refund policies with questionable dealers. So best to be a customer here and avoid the trouble elsewhere.
