I keep coming back to this place. It is **the** place for Sunday lunches. Everything is always cooked to perfection and you certainly get your money's worth respective to the portion sizes. The service is excellent and fully deserves its five star rating. Cannot recommend this place enough, just make sure you book in advance as the pub itself is not very big. They have a marquee out back which is fully heated, though not as atmospheric as the pub. First come, first serve...

Great tasting food at a really high standard. Quirky building with a rustic seating area out the front, which was lovely in the sunshine. Quick attentive service and quite an interesting collection of paintings in the gents!

Food was tasty and well presented and the waiting staff were pleasant. Bring a jumper though if they put you in the Marquee - flipping freezing! Might have got 4 stars if my wife hadn't spent the entire meal shivering.

4 of us went to the music night last night. Great food & was great to see live music after such a long time. Socially distanced tables. Felt safe. If going wrap up warm as marquee is very big with lots of fresh air curculating
