What a beautiful place to go for a meal and relax with family. Food was beautiful and owner and staff really nice to chat with. Nathan is a gentleman and was fantastic and looked after us so well also. Definitely going back again asap. The layout and decor is beautifully designed. Many thanks for a lovely evening meal.

Was here 3 weeks ago and thought it would be hard to beat. Great food again tonight, excellent service. Been coming to the Pheasant for 20 plus years and consistently great.
OK, we went as a couple, booked a table late the previous night online, and arrived on time to this characterful inn. We were shown to a well-distanced table by a visored waitress who guided us through the daily specials and abbreviated lunch menu. Food was superb, service excellent, and the bonus was the 10 per person \Eat out to Help out\ discount. 5 stars !
Nice atmosphere and good food at reasonable prices, however was one let down Booked table for 6 on a Saturday (note was during eat out to help out period) but on been shown to table very much not suitable for 6 (4 person table with bench wrapping round one) squeeze for 5 with little room for persons or on the table and given Covid-19 very close for persons. When asking checking it was booked for 6 and I raised don't think enough space not the most helpful or willing to discuss bit dismissive and walked away. Took me to go up and confront staff again and say we need a different table which is suitable for six person that will fit 6 adults. We were given option of another table at that point but bit disappointed this occurred and not most helpful as very clear that 3 sides of a standard rectangle table will not fit 6 people
Food was amazing and came very quickly. Can't wait to go back
