Ordered a skip ( by email and confirmed by phone) a month ahead of the date required. Two days prior to date required, I telephoned to be told the skip was on the lorry and out for delivery - it did not arrive. The day before I needed the skip I telephoned to be told the skip was on the lorry and out for delivery - it did not arrive. I had to cancel the work scheduled at great inconvenience and cost to myself. When I tried to telephone again, nobody answered. Here is the best bit; the lorry arrived with the skip 24 hours late!!!! Throughout this, not once did the Riddel Skips ring me, nor did they offer an explanation, nor did I get an apology.

Courteous and professional telephone manner. Driver phoned ahead to let us know he was coming. Prompt collection. Properly cargo-netted up before departure. Delivery and collection were on schedule at the agreed price. No hesitation in using again.
