After the \blue screen of death\ appeared, I was convinced my hard drive had thoroughly died. I contacted Idoneus and Steve quickly returned my message, before collecting my PC tower from my house. After a week, he contacted me to say he had managed to retrieve all my data, photos and (particularly!) my favourite photo editing suite, which is no longer available to download. After discussing the situation, he replaced the hard drive with a new SSD drive, and restored the computer completely. Nothing was lost, and I am delighted! He even delivered the tower back to my place of work. A great price, really professional, and highly recommended. Many thanks Steve! You saved me a small fortune....and a massive headache, if I had been forced to buy a new PC and spend hours getting it back to where I was before the crash. Mark

Fantastic service, I contacted Idoneus later in the day via email, they responded very quickly, even though I did not expect to hear from them until the following morning. I am a complete amateur with computers but Steve talked me through the remote connection and once connected the issue was dealt with very efficiently and quickly by Liam. Superb service, will definitely be recommending Idoneus to all family and friends
I couldn't be happier with the fantastic service from Idoneus! After buying all the parts to build my own gaming pc, i hit a roadblock when i tried to build it and couldn't figure out why it wouldn't turn on. After months of putting it off, i decided to try find someone who can figure it out for me and that's when i called Idoneus. I spoke to Steve, who's customer service was second to none and he offered to collect all the parts from my house the following day, take them back to the technicians and have them all tested. Steve called me a couple of days later to report all parts work fine and the technicians were going to start building the pc for me. Within 7 days of calling Idoneus, my pc parts were collected, tested, built and delivered back to my house. I was on cloud nine! The technicians even took time to set up an OS and get drivers etc installed so i didn't have to worry about it myself. To summarise, customer service is top quality, the technicians are fantastic and the cost was a lot lower than i anticipated! I can't thank Idoneus enough
My husbands computer was playing up and I was panicking that we would have to buy a new one. I contacted Idoneus and spoke to a really friendly guy called Steve, he said it was not a big job and had our laptop fixed in less than a week. My husband is now a happy man again and my life stress free. Thank you again!
