Very disappointed with the service. They never answer the phone! What is the point of saying you are open? If you don't want to deal with customers I suggest you move all your services online to a well functioning website.

The phone keeps ringing n ringing n no one ever seems to pick up. This is absolutely pathetic. A disgrace to us italians, get proper staff and get an online appointment system thst's all we ask for, if not, at least pick up the phone! And fax machine in 2015? Wow

It took a long while for some one to answer the phone approx 1 week. But the gelteman that got the phone in the end was really helpful and polite.

When dealing with an italian admin, valium is essential. Allow plenty of time. They see them self as above everyone. There is a refusal to accept 21st century. Now you know why italians don't live in italy. Trust me, there is even worse, they luck training, structure, system and ofter ppl skills. It s just how it is.thought might help some of you accepting and dealing with it. You just hearth your selves.

Trying to contact the Italian consulate is impossible unless somebody there picks up the phone by accident! Phone rings and rings then goes to a fax!! Pathetic.
