I phoned on a Monday all day and could not get through. I then phoned on Wednesday and spoke to his assistant. Booked my appointment for the Friday, and arrived with plenty of time around 10 am. On arrival I found 3 other people waiting before me. We didn’t get into the building till 10:45, (why was I waiting that long outside) - reason being was that the door was open and nobody tried the door...,!!!!!! Once in to see Mr Contino he mentioned that he had been in the office since 7 am...and the door was open.. He was so helpful and charming, great to have a consulate that is approachable and helpful. Do keep trying on the phone, you will eventually get through and when you arrive DO check the door.... it may be open... Good luck
