Although they didn't have what i was looking for, the staff at JD Peckham were extremely helpful and polite.
You can get some lovely sport clothes and trainers from this store, it's not that big but it has some lovely items.
I liked the fact that the shop were very clean, and bright, as well as the fact that 'spare trainer laces' were on sale.

Clearly the staff are not reading from the same hymn book, went to exchange my trainers because they are a wrong size. The two counter girls told me that JD policy is no exchanges and I must return it by post, so I left and spoke to the assistant manager (would give him 5 stars) and he said its wrong and told the women to do the exchange. The two counter girls didn't even acknowledge their mistake and treated me like I'm in the wrong, the exchange was carried out but that's the last time that store will see my money. Absolutely shocking, but ending on a good note, the assistant manager and the gentleman on the shoe side. 5 star, just need to get rid of the bad eggs.
