Ordered online but fulfilled order sent to me incorrectly, returned item to store given extended returns due to current climate (Zara take note). Store customers services and staffs are welcoming. Matter resolved to which I deemed satisfactory. Good layout and not that busy for a Sunday morning. Parking looked tricky but luckily I walked.

My first visit to this store, a couple of weeks before Christmas. Absolutely zero customer service and the person on the till didn’t even speak. Having wanted several items, I left with just what I could find, as no one was interested in helping and I would much rather give it to a store that showed interest in their customers. Definitely not a place I would return to simply down to zero help.
