Appalled at JD Sports, my 12 year old daughter went in to buy some trainers last Saturday, which she had saved up for, and the cashier told her she needed to buy the spray to waterproof the trainers, not knowing any different, she did, at the cost of 10, which is a month’s pocket money for her, but how is she to know she doesn’t need it. I was livid with them when she came home and told me, and I went in to complain to and take them the spray back today, to be told that as it is an aerosol, I cannot get a refund as they cannot be sure I haven't used it. I contacted JD sports by email a week ago and heard nothing back so now naming and shaming, not impressed
