Pretty standard fayre here. Staff were helpful, although were limited by their stock levels. However, they were helpful enough in walking us through ordering online using the in store screen. Well done all round. Delivery turned up within 5 working days and was exactly what we wanted. Will go here again because access and parking is much better than the one that we usually use in Stevenage.

My reason for 1 star is because I came to the store in biggleswade when it opened at 10 am .....I get to the till only to be told they don't allow customers to buy anything until 10:30 ! Lol ....then what is the point in opening at 10? That doesn't make sense. It's not like you can spend half hour choosing what to buy because the store is tiny! That's a ridiculous way to run a business Also the staff could do with customer service training

I went to buy some shoes and they gave me what I couldn't try, when someone else was trying on some shoes I asked why? and point to that person who was testing, and did not say anything to me, what if I wanted to try it at home and then I could change it, I still understand what is the difference in trying it at home or in the store.

Always expensive. Staff always seem that they 'Can't be asked'. I only go when l don't have to pay. Allowing people in w/o masks.
