I was interested in buying a car from JJ Autos, but after exchanging a number of emails with the car dealer named Karl, I resigned from buying a car from JJ Autos. Although he was replying very quickly, I found his replies rude, as if it was an inconvenience for him to answer questions about the car I was interested in. Yes, I contacted Karl on Sunday, but he really didn't have to reply to me until he's back to work, so that's not an excuse to be rude. When I asked if I can see the pictures of the car again before deciding (as for some reason they were deleted from the Auto Trader ad), Karl said that I've seen them already... Seriously? You just lost a client.
