Best vets in London. As they are fully focused on cats the whole practice is set up for the most flaming environment for them to get well. The amazing staff always look after our cats and us.

A lovely practice with super helpful staff. We were not getting the right advice from our indifferent (but very money-hungry) vet. We quickly realised someone who treats all small animals from parrots to gerbils can never be an expert in them all and when you have a difficult feline condition, they are totally out of their depth (although they won't admit it). My advice? If you're not feeling it, rely on your instinct. Speak to Denise here - we weren't even clients and she spent so much time with us discussing options and giving us the confidence that they had the expertise (and access to feline specialists) to provide the best care. Cats need love to get better (yes, it's a proven fact!). Only a cat-focussed practice like this one gets that.
