Disappointed, was expecting this to do the trick but weeds were back after one week.
Bought tarmac restorer from this company a year ago, it was very sticky and hard to apply so I rang up and was very rudley told it was my fault. A year later and I'm still walking it into my house and have to clean constantly with white spirit. Be warned do not use this company's tarmac restorer, you'll regret it as have I.
This is the worst company I have ever worked with hands down. They sent me the wrong chemical for the job, advised how to use the chemical at point of purchase and then when confronted about it not working said I'd used the wrong processes even though I followed their instructions to the letter. They then refused to admit their mistake and the owner was horribly rude. Very dishonestssales processes and terrible customer service. I have nothing good to say about them. Nothing.
I have used this company 3 or 4 times over the last ten years and was always happy but this time was different. Weeds started to appear within a couple of weeks, but I sprayed these. Within a few weeks they appeared again so I rang to see if anything could be done as I felt that it hadn’t been done properly. Was told I would be called back, but didn’t get a call. Phoned again after a week and was told they weren’t responsible for weeds or moss. The best part was when I said I wasn’t very happy and was told that maybe I should try to find somebody who would do a better job!!!!! Customer service..........nil
