Of course I'm going to give it a stellar review, I worked for/at this church for 4 years! ;) The building is characterful, and full of history (it's the oldest Baptist church in Leicesterhsire), celebrating 366 years as of 2018, with plenty of original features. It is is well-used and a true center of community, being used almost every night of the week by a different community group. The services are excellent, and the people lovely and welcoming for all ages. There's provision for children each Sunday, and the second Sunday of each month is the family service! The coffee is good too. The church puts on a great variety of events and activities throughout the year, so you might even run into them in the park, at the Indian, or down the local pub one evening.

I went to a meeting in their Hall tonight. The room itself is fine. The pathway from the hall to the car park is dangerous in the dark. It was pitch black and I lost my footing. Be careful.

As a family we received a really warm welcome this morning. There is a lovely friendly atmosphere, with upbeat praise and worship, alongside quiet reflective moments to encounter God. There is something for every age group. We look forward to going back again.

Fantastic 'living' church; really welcoming with friendly atmosphere. Brilliantly looked after and characterful building (is your church a Hexagon? I doubt it!) full of characterful people. Children are welcomed and encouraged, noise and all!
