I pre-ordered food to arrive at 7pm, and the food never came. Just Eat were very helpful, and tried to get through to the restaurant, but were unable to. I tried calling several times to no avail. My partner and I are separated by the pandemic, but planned to have a virtual dinner and order from the same restaurant in our respective cities, but nope - I never even heard from Zizzi as to why my food never arrived, and nor did the driver who was assigned to pick up the food! Such a shame, especially since I deliberately ordered the food and had confirmation from the restaurant 3-4 hours beforehand.

Amazing food, highly recommend the venison and briskett tagliatelle. Very popular, right on the waterfront. Glad we booked a table, as fully booked. Prompt service and friendly staff.
Food good. Service poor. Need more staff on shift and a specific person doing the door.
Been to several Italian and found this below average. Italians are meant to be hearty food and receive small portions. Beef brisket had hardly any meat for the price. Had Brownie's for dessert which tasted of flour. As everything to do with covid yes they got you to take your drinks off them but waiter delivered food on table in close contact without any face coverings breathing on food and customers. So I would rate this 2 stars with poor over priced food with small portions and covid measures poor
Early evening meal there. Slow service ‘cos they’d knocked off some of the staff because it was quiet! The two of them managed but were run off of their feet. Food was ok, no complaints, standard Italian resteraunt chain food. I had the Pollo Calzone.
