Edited after recent experience: I ordered some food to take away from their vegan menu. Looked beautiful, started eating it and I knew something was wrong, they'd put cheese in the meal and non vegan pesto and I'm allergic to dairy. After calling them they replaced it and kindly delivered it. The following week I ordered again but they got it wrong, after a long discussion over the phone they eventually replaced the food and included some hair free of charge. Not a good experience and I've not been back either as the apology didn't seem genuine. Original review: Fresh food, good choice on the menu, food comes out as it's cooked so some are left with no food until others on the party have eaten theirs.
