Unfortunately, we couldn’t get our car unlocked but the locksmith was very helpful and recommended a specialist who was able to come and help the next day. He didn’t charge us for the call out even though it was 9pm on a Sat night so it was much appreciated and we’d recommend to anyone in the area.

Sent me on a wild goose chase for a replacement locking mechanism then left me with no means to secure my property. I ended up having to repair it myself as he failed to return. No reply to messages either. Totally unprofessional
