I recently took my old mower to the store at Bishop Auckland for a repair / inspection. Having inspected the machine I would like say the manager ‘Martin’ spoke to me on the phone and explained the problems with this particular cutter, without contacting me he even tried to source parts which may have saved me time and money. All I can say is the service from this dealer and manager is first class. It’s hard nowadays to find a company, dealer or service which Lloyd's Bishop Auckland have provided for me.
