Having lost the keys to my home office desk decades ago, with an inquisitive grandchild trying my desk drawers which contain many non child friendly parts, I needed a new lock quickly. I looked everywhere on the web for an identical one and could not find one. I noticed that Lockdoctor would identify a lock if I sent photos. Photos duly sent and 30 mins later can the reply with a suggested part number. I ordered (this is all on Friday afternoon during Covid) online and to my surprise, saturday morning the part arrived with a note that I had to remove the back plate to insert the new lock into my desk. A short time later, I now have a fully locking desk and a more toddler friendly environment. Superb service. Thank you
