Delicious brunch on Sunday in a stylish restaurant in Brompton Cross. We had a range of dishes including Eggs Benedict Royale with Smoked Salmon, an Avocado chili eggs on sourdough, Lobster & grilled Mango Tacos, and a Chinois chicken salad. Lovely friendly service and great recommendations for the different dishes and cocktails. Mine was the Passionate - Apple juice, passion fruit puree, honey syrup, lemon juice and my partner had the Queen of Spades (Snow Queen, Cointreau, Velvet Falernum, berry puree, lime) Finally the desserts are worth going for anytime of the day as they were sublime - Upside Down Date Pudding, a caramelized sponge, butterscotch sauce with salted caramel ice cream. And a wonderful Caramelized Apple Tarte Tatin - braben apples, madagascan vanilla ice cream with caramel sauce poured by the waiter.
