If I could I would put 0 star to this review. I've ordered a fob on the 28th of January and after exactly 2 months I am still waiting for it. Been calling every week (around 40 mins wait), sometimes twice a week as well as sending emails to them and they keep telling me different things every time. Three weeks ago they told me the person working on this task in on holiday and last Friday it was still on holiday. How it is possible nobody is looking after this in his/her absence? SPEECHLESS.

Absolutely disappointed with Lambeth Council. Not only that the council tax is expensive compared to other in South London, but they are making no difference locally. In addition, trying to contact them for any reason is proven to be a challenge. Even if someone eventually picks up the phone, don't expect to sort out your issue.

Very poor service.Been called to pay an invoice say that I'm out standing invoice haven't paid from 2018 until now, So ridiculous I got statements I been paid everything Very disappointed with council thought at least done better at this moment how come it's more worse than before and unprofessional
