Best massage I have ever had! I had a very painful lower back for over a year, due to very tight muscles. Lorena made the pain go away in just two sessions, she knew exactly how to approach the issue and was so precise and effective. Plus she is such a kind and welcoming person - highly recommended!

Lorena has been providing hugely beneficial treatment for a chronic back condition. She came highly recommended and I understand why. From the initial consultation, where she assessed the problem and the impact it was having on my work/lifestyle to the actual 'hands on' treatment, Lorena has made a huge difference in reducing my pain. Each appointment varies according to the location and level of pain I am experiencing. We all know, pain can change from day to day, even hour to hour. I have recommended her to colleagues and to anybody who is looking for an understanding and caring professional whose skill and expertise is the best I have experienced in massage treatments.
Lorena is a pro. She listens and is patient. Treatments have all been effective.... shoulder, ankle, elbow. She is genuinely interested in helping you get better rather than persuading you to return for more treatments. She doesn't really need to though, because you will go back..... if only I could stay awake.
Have recommended Lorena to any one who will listen, she deeply cares about making people feel better. She takes on board both physical and emotional almients and tailors a treatment accordingly. I've walked away from her therapy room feeling happier, calmer and able to lift my arm over my head again!
I visited Lorena this week for a holistic massage and couldn’t recommend her more - I was feeling very anxious that day and she made me feel very welcome and comfortable, making extra effort to talk me through the process which made me feel very calm and looked after . She also played lovely music which really helped me to relax even more and the actual massage was fantastic. Will definitely be coming back again soon!
