Cracking piece of History and great Pie & Mash. Proper Traditional Pie & Mash, Old School style. It’s like travelling back in time. Old school Marble Top Tables and Titled Walls. The jellied eels are a bridge to far for me though. Whenever I have friends or family visit from out of town I bring them here for a Taste of tradition.

The chairs are uncomfortable and the staff are all very loud!! However I think this all adds to the traditional Pie & Mash London experience. The food is delicious in very welcoming surroundings. I will definitely be back again.

Every time I'm in the area I have to go to Manze's on tower bridge road. Got to be double Pie and mash with liqueur.

First pie and mash visit this year and wasn’t disappointed, this one is a favourite of mine. So was happy to be back. It’s been a while. Good grub, friendly faces with table service at the moment, they seem quite organised for the current situation. Thanks and hopefully next visit won’t be so long.
