Excellent service from a very polite and helpful young man called Ali. He advised me wisely on my Mi 9 SE (a fairly unusual phone) and was able to safely swap in a new battery that I had sourced. 25 for the job and completed in an hour or so. Highly recommend him, he wanted to do whatever it took to ensure good customer service.
