I have recently discovered this lovely place near to where I live. Very clean and relaxing environment. Hand sanitiser and disposable face masks provided on reception. The staff were welcoming, professional and friendly and wore appropriate PPE. I had the most amazing treatment there. I have been to their other branch before but this one definitely tops it ! I have already recommended this place to my family and friends. Overall this place is a Gem it make you feel like you are back in Thailand.

Absolutely horrible, bed was super greesy, because of the massage oil, and you get massage on top of a thin layer of paper towel.(picture below) Also staffs were not wearing mask, so I chose to wear one to protect myself for the entire time. I feel like they are lacking of sensitivity. Massage was also just painful, not relaxing, below average. I have been getting massages for all my life, so I know what I am getting, and this is not a proper Thai massage. I was gonna enjoy one last normal activity before 2nd lock down, turned out to be that I will have to endure muscle pain “from massage” during the lockdown.
I booked an appointment at 11am, I came 15mins early the door was locked. So I rang the bell, then the lady named Rita (masseuse) said I was early and it wasn’t 11am yet, then she locked the door again. She was straight out rude for not letting me speak and wait inside since it was 10C out. I was disappointed. Massage was alright, I had 60min Thai Massage
Had a needed and great massage after 5 months of running/slumped over a desk. Very well prepared for COVID - temperature checks, hand sanitisers, protective masks used throughout, clean treatment rooms, etc. Very reasonable price and will visit again.
