Friendly, welcoming service. Great knowledge and always very helpful. Best post office in Manchester. There is a shop inside separate to the post office but sells all of the essentials and many goodies perfect for family nights in.
Very rude and argumentative,does not accept Scottish money.They don't know how to treat the customer. I will never use this Post Office again!!!
Doesn’t take Scottish notes even know their legal tender every bank and every post office within the UK should take these notes lazy fella behind the Counter couldn’t be bothered wouldn’t use this post office again
The guy behind the counter at the post office is super friendly but the customer service is let down hugely by his wife. I normally go in everyday and use their services. Today I was told I bring too many parcels (9) and that I should come in two lots. I personally had waited in the queue for 20 minutes for 2 other customers and as I come regularly am very prepared and didn’t hold up other customers by more than 5 minutes myself. Very rude and disrespectful of my custom. I’ll be going elsewhere.
