We cannot thank Stuart and his team enough for their understanding, kindness, compassion and guidance after we unexpectedly lost our Dad just before Christmas. Stuart's guidance was invaluable at a time when we were shocked, sad and disorientated having never been in the unenviable position of having to arrange a funeral before. The patience and kindness of the whole team is to be commended. Even though this is what they do, we never once felt that they'd heard and seen it all before. We were made to feel special, like their compassion was reserved for us alone. It takes a special team to make a family feel that way when they deal with such things every day. The respect shown to our Dad was amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend Stuart and his team to anyone who wants their loved one and those they have left behind to be treated with such compassion and respect.
