Excellent service, overall, especially considering the price of the car. It's not often you get such polite and decent service when buying a car for less than 500, but Richard and his team have been nothing but helpful. Reserved the car online, received a callback as requested and I paid the rest of the balance next day including the delivery charge (1/mile perfectly reasonable). Richard gave me a call before his driver left to ensure I would be home, and Chris was also very friendly and was kind enough to deliver the car to a convenient location near my house. If the service at the \scrap\ end of the market is this level, then you can be confident that they will look after you just as well if you buy one of their etail\ cars, and I would have no problem using them for future purchases if they have a car in stock that I would like. Thank you Richard and your team.

Just want to say a big thank you to all the team special Richard and the mechanic for amazing service I had today . Thank you so much . It’s always hard to trust some one that sales cars been let down so many time from other places but at this place it’s good all the team it’s like a family . I will go back again next 2 years to change my car it’s definitely. They don’t force you to bay nothing they give you the keys and let you have the freedom to think if that’s the right car you want . Got a Honda Civic had some problems after 3 months I ring Richard and he was there to offer is help and it wasn’t is fault and still helping me and that’s what I’m talking about customer service at is best . Brilliant job ..Thank you .

Traveled over 100 miles to come and see a Vauxhall Insignia. Turned out to be the perfect car for me and my family. There were some issues with it,all minor,and I was assured these faults would be rectified before delivery. The car arrived,with free delivery, on the back of their transporter on time,with all faults sorted.The car had a fresh MOT,a full service,and a new pair of rear tyres that had only had an advisory on the test.Delivery driver was very polite and helpful. I had heard how good these guys were through reviews,and I am very pleased to say the reviews are accurate. No hard sell,happy for you to take an extended test drive (on your own) and good honest vehicles. I can definitely recommend looking for a car with these guys,even if it means travelling some distance.

Well what can I say bought a used scoda fabia from Radford motor sales a couple weeks ago as a first car for my daughter spoke to the manager he was very pleasant and reassuring he explained the way we had to buy the car now with covid he explained what we would get and all about the warranty he was given with the car when we got the car we noticed a couple of things that needed attention i rung him up and he was brilliant he sorted a day for me to take the car in and it was all sorted in that day I have had lots of cars in the past and say this company has been the best so far by far i would definitely buy another car from him I also think his prices are good to if your looking for a good car from a good honest place try Radford motor sales first you won't be disappointed we wasn't.
