Awful company can't even do the job they are paid to do, even though a massive company paid them money to do it… pathetic!!

Completely and utterly incompetent on every level. One of the worktops that was delivered at the outset of the work was a different design to the others so was collected and a replacement was supposed to be order. They would only deliver on a Thursday and couldn't do a time slot. We waited in for a delivery that never came on three consecutive Thursdays. Faz, Mark 2 project coordinator was absolutely hopeless at sorting it out and never returned calls. Worktop was finally delivered 7 weeks after the project had begun but it was the wrong one again. After endless frustrating attempts to communicate with the very unhelpful and incompetent Faz at Mark 2 and the less than accommodating and shoddy Heath Jones kitchen fitters we just wanted the job done so we wouldn't have to deal with any of them again and so we've ended up with mismatched worktops. On top of that there's some very sloppy details like the fact that they didn't clean between taking the old kitchen out and putting the new one in so it's filthy under the units; they sealed a worktop to a dirty splash back so there's spots of tomato soup under the sealant; Heath Jones refused to get a skip and instead use Hippo was removal so when taking the old kitchen out our yard became piled high with the old kitchen, the discarded rubbish and fags from the work men and anything else they felt like dumping on it. It took 3 weeks for Hippo waste removal to take it away and the night after they came our garden furniture was nicked - may or may not be connected but certainly added to the feeling of despair at the whole job. And overwhelmingly both Faz at Mark 2 and Heath Jones the kitchen fitter were absolutely not accommodating to their client or apparently willing to even try to do the job well. It was almost as if they didn't care - and they probably don't since the payment was up front. Don't use them!

Asked for a bathroom design off Tesco. The designer came,who's name was Alan Morgan. He mentioned to me a few times that he had left his home in Bristol to visit me and that he had left his wallet behind and had very little fuel to get home. I live in South Wales and the Saturday he came there were storms around the area and with the thought of him stranded on the M4 motorway out of fuel prompted me to lend him 20 cash. He assured me that he would give it back as soon as possible, saying that he was often in the area. A month had gone by and nothing. I telephoned Tesco bathrooms and explained the situation. The manager , who's name was Fiona, was alarmed but very helpful. She arranged for the designer Alan Morgan to telephone me. He did this and assured me (again) that as soon as he finished talking to me that he would post a cheque to me. The reason he gave for not returning my money was that he didn't cover my area anymore.??? Nearly two weeks had gone by and no cheque. I telephoned Tesco bathrooms. Spoke to Fiona again and she asked for my bank details so as to transfer the 20 into my account. I can only say that if you have any dealings with this company, make sure it isn't via their designer/salesman Alan Morgan who has knocked my faith in peoples good natures.

I purchased a bathroom worktop from Wickes online shop. Their supplier is Mark Two. It was the worst experience with online shopping I've had so far: * They left a message on my voice mail to arrange for delivery. The number to call back was incorrect. The website where I could arrange the delivery didn't work. I had to call Wickes to get the correct number for Mark Two. * I was told they deliver to my area only on Mondays and Wednesdays. When it eventually arrived, it was delivered by standard courier service (TNT). Surely TNT can deliver any day, not just twice a week? * It took more than two weeks to deliver it. It arrived damaged. I called MarkTwo and weas told to email a picture of the damage. I was given a wrong email address (even though I tried to double check it with them) and the email bounced back. Again I had to call Wickes to get the correct email address. * MarkTwo refused to send a replacement or refund for damaged product. They claimed I cut the worktop and damaged it. That's not true, I just opened the packaging and saw the damage. Any inspection would confirm that but MarkTwo were not interested in inspecting it and replacing the worktop. All employees of MarkTwo I spoke to sounded annoyed and had a cannot-be-bothered approach. I am now going to return the worktop to my local Wickes store. I will stay away from MarkTwo (and all online stores they supply to - Wickes, Tesco, Focus, etc.).

Would avoid - just incompetent, misleading and a waste of money, time and sanity. makes me think even less of Tesco.
