Absolutely awful service. Bought a Mountfield mower 3 years ago. Never mowed the lawn more than twice without it breaking down. They have just kept fobbing me off and never offered to replace it while still under warranty. When we bought it my husband was diagnosed with cancer soon after and died within 12 months. I took it in this year in May to be fixed. Got my son to use his mower for me. They never even phoned. I picked it up at the beginning of September and now it’s gone again. The same as last time. I have also now moved to a much smaller property in Shrewsbury with a small lawn. Talk about taking advantage of someone vulnerable!!

Cheapest price on the internet. Unfortunately the mower we purchased developed a fault. Customer service was extremely poor. The Managing Director’s response was to blame us for improper use!? Currently unresolved and we are going through legal proceedings. Very dissatisfied, disappointed and obviously not a valued customer. Very much a grab your money and run establishment. Sad. Update 23.10.2020. There is no update. Still no response. They just don't care. Business is built on reputation. I8 can't understand how they stay in business,.
