I gave Mark 1 star on a previous google page (he has since changed it to this one to hide all the other negative reviews). I booked an appointment with him but had to cancel (giving over a months notice), but after repeated emails I didn’t hear back. When I put my previous review up he emailed me then saying he would give me a refund, which he still has not done (about 2 months on now), and was rude to me in his reply to my review. He is scamming people and after reading other peoples reviews I fully believe he would do what he is, I do not recommend him and would say to avoid purchasing any treatment with him.

AVOID! We turned up to the Bath & Country Club and Mark is a no show. We were sent a confirmation email 24 hours beforehand. While at the club and complaining to Groupon Mark has sent us a message telling us he is no longer trading. The receptionist at the Country Club has confirmed that that's a lie and he is usually a no show. I saw a text to her from him saying that he's got poor signal and can only text, no calls (which makes no sense) and can't make it in. Avoid at all costs. The man is a charlatan.
DO NOT USE, DO NOT BUY THIS FROM GROUPON!. Groupon are updating things to remove him. The man has disappeared as he's scammed loads of people, failing to show up to appointments and failing to provide refunds. Be warned, his web site has been taken down so you can't book after buying a voucher from goupon. If you've been unfortunate enough to have had money taken from you by this man here's some details that may be of use, I assume an office or home address as it's where is web site is registered: 14 Woolley Terrace BRADFORD ON AVON WILTSHIRE BA15 1AY I believe his mobile is on Google ;) Best of luck!
If i could give no stars I would. I have to echo the sentiment of a number of others writing reviews here. I bought a 60 minute couples massage via Groupon for my parents as a Christmas gift (alongside a stay in a local hotel). Mark confirmed the booking with them days before their visit. On the day of the appointment he was a no-show and when contacted by the receptionist, at the social club from which he operates, refused to provide the service stating: that 'Groupon were not paying him enough money to make it profitable'. He then refused to refund and tried to up-sell further more expensive services. Needless to say I think his conduct of business is an utter disgrace and I've read reports of him being rude to other customers based on their purchases coming via voucher sites—this doesn't surprise me, reading his responses to some negative reviews which are accusatory and passive aggressive to say the least. I'm very very disappointed that what was supposed to a relaxing treat for my parents had been sullied in this way.
DO NOT USE THIS MAN IT IS A SCAM!!!!! Wish I could give 0 stars! He has taken down his website as I beilive he is a con man! He changes people's appointments and takes thier money! I have just recieved a text from him saying he can't do this coming Wednesday and can only do Tuesdays? I said it's not that easy to arrange with work on such short notice plus childcare? so he went on to be VERY RUDE and said that I was cheap because I bought a Groupon voucher and to go get myself a refund because he refuses to massage me, then after reading reviews it turns out he dies this to all of his customers! Avoid this men do not give him any business he is a fraud!!!!!!!!
If I could leave ZERO stars I would. This Mark guy is a really rude and callous man, with ZERO respect for his customers. He has repeatedly cancelled appointments on me only scant few hours before they were due, and when I call him he doesnt answer back. I have seen his insulting responses to other PAYING customers calling them "Cheapskates" for using voucher codes that he fully agreed to honour when he set up a deal with groupon. Furthermore he cashed in the voucher codes while messing people about for months suggesting that he and his family were ill. This feels like a massive SCAM and he is acting in a CRIMINAL manner by taking your money with no intention of performing massage. He has stated he wont do Groupon customers online yet there are still Groupon deals to his company. While I have seen some positive reviews I now believe them to be FAKED I hope his shady "business" suffers appropriately!
