My friends brother got arrested here and ended up here, quite funny, but he did go to prison. The Court is very clean and I felt very safe.

I was threatened by Matt Douglas. He even attended my property out of hours to intimidate me when I had my children he provided a false drugs test for my violent ex. Contacted my child’s Nusery and made fabricated complaints about the manager because she wouldn’t disclose anything to him. Lies about sending out letters and encouraged my ex to call the police and make false allegations against me. Corrupt AF

Called today to be given incorrect advise that nearly cost me 100 pounds. I rang back to double check to have the woman be incredibly rude and hang up the phone on me.

Not a good experience dealing with the staff at Milton Keynes County Court. So unhelpful and very rude. Staff training needed. If these people worked in the private sector for a company that relied on customer service to survive, then I'm afraid the business would cease to trade, because no one would ever want to deal with these people again. As for the Bailiffs department, called them for over two weeks, leaving messages, and no one gets back to you. When I did finally get to speak to someone, I couldn't believe her attitude. What was already a very stressful experience dealing with a tenant who owed me thousands, was compounded having to deal with this lot. Hopefully never again.

I called the County Court today to asked where I would get a couple of forms from, and possible information on the start of a judiciary process case. I was put through to the member of staff who I'd hoped I would not be speaking to, from previous experience, unfortunately this was not the case.. This English-accent 45-ish aged woman wants to be awkward, wants to play stupid, wants to provoke an argument, and doesn't want to do anything helpful. She was exactly the same today. I should've put a complaint in about her last time, I will most definitely do it this time, I don't have to put up with a hate-filled attitude when I call to sort out something to do with another establishment who has gone against the British law.
