We had the most amazing guide - Ali today. Truly she gave so much depth, information and spoke with real integrity and passion. We were lucky with minimal crowds and wonderful sunshine. Saddened however to hear some have complained and made life hard for the staff re the request for everyone 3 to wear a face mask, necessary we gather to ensure the primates remain covid free. Truly, lovely day thanks to all the staff!!

Great play areas. Came prepared for all weathers ,thankfully it was sunny most of the day. Was fortunate enough to watch the keepers interact with the chimps and see them smile as opposed to pacing up and down their enclosures like some seemed to do. Staff seemed happy and welcoming.

Amazing place perfect for adults and children to visit and enjoy. Monkey World is a place for rescued and adopted monkeys from all around the world and offers them living space and large enclosures to enjoy and play in. This is a large place with a lot of viewing places to watch the monkeys in their habits. There are also a number of information boards throughout the site which offer very useful information and there are talks during the day. The site is well kept and the staff are helpful and friendly. A gift shop offers some good things and there is a Cafe for food and drinks. I can highly recommend visiting here, an absolute delight, will be returning again once open.

The place is very nice and obviously their mission is great, but their booking system is very weak. We had booked everything properly online and showed up on the exact date and time booked, only to be told our booking reference number had already been used by somebody else a week earlier - somehow somebody used our ticket in the completely wrong date and time and there was nothing to prevent that. I don't think it was even any malice in whoever used our reference number - the way it gets checked in is the ticket person manually types the number from your ticket in the computer, so I guess somebody mistyped a number and used ours. But that's a very weak system. Fortunately the person at the office let us in but the whole thing caused quite a bit of anxiety - we had driven quite a long way to visit, only to initially be told our ticket had already been used.

i love it here, it was a real shame that the lemur enclosure wasn't open and i do wish that had been mentioned on the website before we paid 70 entry fees, but the education on animal rescue and rehabilitation was really good and the online keeper talks is a good idea to help with social distancing, there were too many people inside to social distance, i have been here as a little kid and now as an adult and i still love it

Brilliant story and saving of beautiful animals by beautiful people , Monkey world and all staff are beautiful , great day out , we go yearly or more as you see the characters and the baby monkeys growing , lovely walks too and plenty of refreshments along the way , or take a picnic ,

Such a fun place, kids would enjoy it here. Although we weren’t able to see all the monkeys, the ones we saw seem happy and well care for. Good experience definitely! They also have a good souvenir shop, the line is pretty long tho but worth it! They followed social distancing during my visit which was good.

A safe haven for rescued primates. Well set out and quality care for the animals.
