Callum was really helpful right from the start. He was much more proactive in finding us a used car than other Nissan dealers we approached. I would thoroughly recommend him as a great contact if you are buying a new or used Nissan. However after a 2 week wait for the car to be prepared we took the vehicle home only to find an overwhelmingly smell of tobacco in the car. On further investigation found a large residue of ash and a cigarette lighter under the seat which did not help hence the 3 star rating!

The service I received from Ian Fraser and his team was outstanding, the work was carried out in a timely manner, I was kept informed at all relevant stages and the information I was given was full and complete and reliable. When I picked my car up, the reception staff were very welcoming and helpful full of smiles and my car looked brand new again. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

The best service I have received from a motor company in a great while. I had bought this car near 4 years ago and had dealings with a few Nissan dealerships and Tunbridge Wells has got to be THE BEST dealership I have come across in my Nissan ownership. I have bought many cars until I found my Nissan which is the best investment I have ever made. Near four years in ownership and addressing my concerns to the very polite receptionist- she then pointed me in the direction of Darren who was able to book me within 2hours which when I received the final diagnostic, it resulted in needing a new car battery. I’d have to say without sounding dramatic I would have froze my butt off in the cold if my car failed to start due to my long distance driving. Darren was absolutely with his prompt updates and I cannot thank him and the Tunbridge Wells team enough for looking after my car there. I will make this my regular dealership for servicing and all Nissan repairs etc. Out of all the garages and dealerships, I would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you again, it is greatly appreciated indeed.
