Very helpful and friendly team. Everything went very smoothly from first stepping into the showroom to final fitting. The quality of fitting is excellent, they worked quickly and efficiently and the guys couldn't have been more helpful with moving furniture and clearing up. They have a good selection of carpets across the price range. The price we paid was very reasonable for the quality of the carpet and we would not hesitate to use them again. More than happy to give them 5 stars.

I haven't used this company but one next to it. You may wonder why/ how can you write a review. This review is about the surly aggressive staff who bark objections to you parking in their bays (unmarked). This was my first visit to the industrial estate - I moved the car. I was at the site for 2.5 hours and guess what - not one person used their spaces during that time. Suggestion - try welcoming new visitors to your site, ask where/who they are looking for and politely ask that any vehicles are moved to the appropriate parking area when the visitor knows where they are going. Lest you are just a beardy bully.
