What can I say... It is one of my most favourite places to go in Northern Ireland. Mussenden Temple and downhill beach are just so peaceful and tranquil. Just Northern Irish landscape beauty at its finest. Hope you enjoy viewing our pics as much as I enjoyed taking them. Visit fb page 'Hometown View NI' for more. Thanks :)

Beautiful views, very interesting and historic. Plenty of amenities on site (toilets, coffee shop etc). Loads of space to let dogs roam also.

Book and Music Library

To read a book with a view? An epic romantic tale of a library. The lions at the gate add a strength of charter. An old avarie and an ice house show knowledge. What a land of grace.

Amongst the best beaches locally, very picturesque and with wide, stretching sands that one can take in at leisure. With the north coast stretching before you, this place makes a perfect day out.

Al's coffee is the best! Garden section is small but very well stocked and looked after especially the bog garden. Didn't go into the ruined house but went to the temple that stands right on the edge of the cliffs. The temple is not open but the views of the beaches below were great. Recommend the walks. Al's coffee and the Trusts toilets are located inside Lionsgate the bog garden is located inside Bishops gate 1/2 mile walk or drive apart

Very nice and cool little place, saw lots of cows nearby too. You’d walk through a very nice yet steep forest but felt like an adventure
