All the staff are super helpful and welcoming. The optician was very accommodating as I couldn't get upstairs, I'll make sure to ring ahead next time although there was no problem whatsoever when I arrived. Great value too and a wide selection to choose from. I moved from Neath some time ago, but still make the journey here as other opticians simply aren't a match.

Such a professional optician, Iv never seen such a detailed test being done, better than the hospital consultants tests even...... brilliant with kids, makes them laugh, tells jokes, plays tricks, and makes them feel as if it’s a game while getting the best results from the test..... also the best glasses my daughters ever had, she has very bad eyes and I’m amazed at how thin he gets the lenses, this stops her nose from hurting with the weight from others she’s been wearing for years, plus they are lighter on her face...... He gets them down to half the thickness of the 2 other well know high street shops Iv used over the years ...... both me and my husband are changing to this company too!
I've never enjoyed an eye test so much. Had a great chat with the optician, who is a truly lovely guy. I thought the service was infinitely superior to any previous optician I've used and the prices were keen too
