visited to take out during the 'Eat In to help Out' promotion. Queueing system to get in but not much of a wait and staff doing great job to organise while being given grief by some local teens (not mcdonalds fault). Bit of a wait for the takeout but order was freshly made and hot. Restaurant in great location in centre of town and well worth a visit

Not an enjoyable meal here. Fries were cold, no extra pickle that was ordered at the machine, young girl serving us delivered wrong sized tea and tried to argue about it then when asked for milk she gave a snippy backchat and said \Not all tea comes with milk\. This place seriously needs proper training. If it had been a nice day out and not pouring with rain we would have left

Nobody should be turned away from eating in, if they don't have a phone. Or if they have a phone and don't have, or don't know how to use, the scanner. So why has my son been refused to eat in because he hasn't got a phone? Unacceptable. Probably just because he is a teenager. I'm sure an elderly person would have been given a piece of paper. He had to go out (rainy day) to eat. I'm so unimpressed that a big chain would be treating customers this way. Step up and train your staff properly to value every customer.
