Absolutely no customer service whatsoever just went to this bank to deposit cash and because I said it was out of my business they refused to take it and now I have to go to a different branch when I normally use the one in the town which is shot due to this crisis you think Gosforth High Street brunch would have a little bit more compassion and see if people run around unnecessarily to different branches just to deposit some money for your billsThe gentleman on the cashier desk had no customer service skills whatsoever and has a terrible mannerism towards customers very disappointed banked with Nationwide since I was 10 years old and I am considering moving to a different bank If I could give less than one star I would thanks for not sure nothing nationwide

I hadn't been to this brach for sometime so I checked the opening hours before I set out, The closing time indicated here is 5pm but when I arrived at the branch at 4.32pm it was closed. I returned today and complained that I had had a wasted journey because of the erroneous informmation here. They immediately put the blame on Google! I said i had never heard such utter rot. They were compounding the offence by giving such a lame excuse. I said, surely a phone call to Nationwide head office and a short email to Google would see things sorted out. But, no I was subjected to more drivel, about how it would cost Nationwide thousands to get Google to change the opening hours details. Well, what is to be made of that?
